 Don't miss out on the 8th Annual Innsbrook Health & Wellness Fair on June 4th inside Essex Plaza, 4521 Highwoods Pkwy building from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. Mark your calendars today and tell your friends! The Innsbrook Wellness Committee and the Fair’s sponsor, American Family Fitness is bringing health and fun to Innsbrook!
The event is open to all. Attendees can have their body mass index accessed, learn how to get healthier by getting their blood pressure checked, receive spinal assessments, explore volunteer opportunities, vision tests, learn to relax with yoga and free chair massages—just to name a few! American Family Fitness will be giving away a six months membership; the Wellness Committee will be raffling off $100 cash and have other give-aways on hand. We are expecting over 25 vendors each there to serve and provide avenues of healthy learning---for FREE!
We are blessed to have such awesome partnerships with these exceptionally dedicated vendors. Among the vendors who are supporting this event are the Alzheimer’s Association, RideFinders, VA Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Virginia Physician’s for Women, Central VA Foodbank, Glenmore Yoga and many more! This ongoing event helps meet the health needs of the community and it is all for free!
